Easy abs workout

Okay, this is a pretty simple abs workout for beginners or for easy training.

  • 30 second plank

  • 20 bicycle crunches

  • 20 regular crunches

  • 30 second V sits

  • 20 high knees

Repeat 2-3 times with 30 second breaks between each repeat.

If you don’t happen to know what these exercises are, take a look  at these pictures I found online.  They  are simple, but after a while the results will show.

Just keep moving and don’t give up!
